In the days leading up to the 2010 ED’s Awards Show, not many Vegas bookies would have hedged their bets on the Crazy Horse to win the Overall Gentlemen’s Club of the Year Award.  The chances that a small, independently-operated adult nightclub nestled within San Francisco would come away with the industry’s highest honor would have been meager, given the stiff competition.
