The 19th Annual Gentlemen’s Club Owners EXPO convention and tradeshow will be held August 21-24, 2011, at the luxurious Mirage Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.  The backbone of the Annual EXPO is the Tradeshow which runs on days three and four (Tuesday and Wednesday) of the EXPO; Sunday is early registration and Monday is Panels and Workshops.

In keeping with the industry that we cover, there is a very casual, party-like atmosphere to the Tradeshow—think cocktails, music and constant activity throughout.  To reserve your Tradeshow booth space, please call Gary Daugherty or Lacy Empkey at the ED Publications offices at (727) 726-3592.

LOCATION:
The Tradeshow will be held in the Mirage Events Center.  The Tradeshow is conveniently located on the same floor as the EXPO Registration Desk and the EXPO Panel Session Rooms.

TRADESHOW HOURS:

BOOTH COST:
The cost for a booth is $1,595 for a single 10-by-10 booth and $1,795 for a corner 10-by-10 booth.  Each booth includes a complimentary six-foot table, two chairs, a company sign and four EXPO badges (a $1,276 value).  You can purchase up to two additional badges per 10-by-10 booth at a discounted price of $195 per badge.  Those badges must be pre-purchased by July 1; after that date, all badges are sold at the regular price of $319 per person.  A signed contract and 50 percent deposit are required to reserve your booth space.  However, only full payment guarantees your booth space.

SPECIAL DISCOUNT:
If you book your EXPO 2011 Tradeshow booth (or booths) early and put down a small deposit, we will give you a $200 discount off the booth cost.  This special discount drops your cost to just $1,395 for a standard 10-by-10 booth or $1,595 for a corner 10-by-10 booth.  To get this reduced rate, in addition to placing a deposit on your booth when you order it, you must pay the balance due by May 30.  This special offer is available for a limited time only.

ITEMS FOR YOUR BOOTH:
The Tradeshow will be in the Mirage Events Center.  Each 10-by-10 booth comes with a complimentary six-foot table, two chairs, a wastebasket and a small company sign.  The Tradeshow hall is already carpeted.  After reserving your booth(s) space, we will send you a link to GES, our tradeshow contractor, which will post all the details and forms you will need for everything from how to ship materials to your booth to ordering electricity.  Send in the applicable forms as soon as possible to take advantage of the early ordering discounts.  The GES website should answer all of your questions, but if you need personalized service call GES at (702) 515-5500.

SAMPLES & BARTENDERS:
There is no charge from The Mirage to hand out “sample sizes” of food or drink which means bite-size food samples and very small drink samples.  If you plan to hand out full cans of energy drinks or beer or to offer full drinks with alcohol, you will have to pay a corkage fee to The Mirage.  If you are handing out any type of alcoholic beverages, you need to hire a Mirage bartender for your booth.  Please direct questions about corkage fees, ordering ice and/or ordering bartenders to The Mirage Catering Department at (702) 791-7155.

CHANGES:
To make changes to your booth paperwork (adding names of people working your booth, address changes, to pay by credit card, etc.) call Teresa Tearno at (727) 726-3592.
