POSITIVELY EXPO's "Positive" workshop & panel session series
As the 1960s gave way to the 1970s, in the shadow of a little music festival they called Woodstock, there were several cultural images that helped define the times. Tie dye shirts, lava lamps, the two-fingered “peace” sign, and a simple yet iconic image—a yellow “smiley face” with the words “Have a Nice Day” above it—are just a few of the many symbols that define that era. And that era captures the flavor of this year’s 2010 POSITIVELY EXPO! Over the past few years, EXPO attendees have told us that while our panel sessions and workshops are highly valued and informative, they are often the harbingers of bad news—“doom and gloom” is the term most frequently used.
