The 19th Annual Gentlemen’s Club Owners EXPO convention and tradeshow will be held August 21-24, 2011, at the luxurious Mirage Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.  The Annual Gentlemen’s Club Owners EXPO is the only national convention and tradeshow for the multi-billion-dollar adult nightclub industry, and is produced by ED Publications, the industry’s only national business-to-business magazine for the past 20 years.

Sponsor Ops Category #1

ALL SPONSORS IN CATEGORY #1 RECEIVE:  A full-page ad in the September 2011 convention issue of ED Club Bulletin Magazine  ($1,999 value); eight Awards Show tickets ($712 value); additional tradeshow booth spaces at a 30 percent discount; and sponsorship mention in our promotional mailings, websites and publications.

Category #1: TITLE SPONSOR Package
Fee:         $19,500

Category #1: EVENT SPONSOR Package
Fee:         $14,500
Note:         You have your choice of being a co-sponsor of one of these three events:
1)  The 2011 ED Publications “Adult Nightclubs Awards Show” in a Vegas showroom
2)  The EXPO Registration Desk is open throughout the convention and is Command
Central for the show.  Our staff at the Reg. Desk will wear your company shirt and hand
out your promo material to all attendees (only two sponsors accepted).
3)  The EXPO Welcome Center is a custom-built booth where the convention bags,
ED magazines and show advice are dispensed.  Our staff at the Center will wear your    
company shirt and hand out your promo to all attendees (only two sponsors accepted).

Note:         Choice of co-sponsoring the Opening Night Part or the Industry Appreciation Party.

All sponsors in category #2 receive additional tradeshow booth spaces at a 30 percent discount, and sponsorship mention in our promotional mailings, websites and publications.

Continental Breakfasts before Panel Sessions:

Bag Stuffers: (your promo item placed in the convention bags given to all attendees): 
Fee:         $699
Benefits:
—Place a brochure, a flyer, a product sample or some other type of promotional item from your company in the Official Show Goodie Bag.  It’s the best way to ensure that buyers get your promotional piece, take it back to their room and then back to their club.

Official Convention Issue: 
Capitalize on the captive audience of buyers at the 2011 EXPO by placing a display advertisement for your company in the September 2011 convention issue of ED Publication’s bimonthly Club Bulletin, which is distributed to every attendee at EXPO 2011!  The issue is also mailed out to our regular 5,000-plus industry readership which makes it the largest circulation Club Bulletin of the year.
